Level 1
Support Services – Help Desk services for basic issue entry, support for “how-to” type questions.
Level 2
Support services – User and system administration, maintenance, defect fixing. It will include analysis of incidents RCA for defects, break fix support, system troubleshooting and debugging activities and SLA driven system outage resolution.
Level 3
Support services – On-boarding of new capabilities, upgrade, release roll outs, code maintenance, solution enhancement requests and bug fixes. It will also include ownership of the development support activities. Level 3 support will entail working with the vendor organization for defect resolution.
Maintenance services – Regular maintenance. housekeeping and performance tuning activities to ensure KPIs are met.
Upgrade and continuous Improvement services: Application of release updates, patches for your solution.
